Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our modular furniture manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have experience in furniture, interior, modular kitchen, home décor, building materials, or related field sales. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business growth through effective sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to meet architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and prospective clients.
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities for residential and commercial furniture projects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for project discussions.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maintain strong business relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities professionally.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Work closely with the design, production, and execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business.
- Good understanding of field sales and customer handling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Modular Furniture, Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Home Furnishing, Building Materials, Construction Products, or related industries.
- Prior experience in B2B or project sales will be preferred.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
- Candidates from Greater Noida, Noida, Delhi NCR, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, or nearby locations are encouraged to apply.
- Two-wheeler preferred for client meetings and site visits.
