Full job description

Job Title: Senior Developer (Java & Kafka)

Location: Chennai (Onsite for Initial Months, Followed by Remote)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong expertise in Java, Kafka, and AWS to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have experience building microservices-based applications and working in agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise-grade cloud-native applications and microservices.
Build scalable and high-performance solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.
Develop, optimize, and maintain Kafka-based distributed systems.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
