Full job description

Job Title: IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience to join our team.

Preferred Candidate Location: Kochi, Kerala

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
Proven experience sourcing and hiring Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, Full Stack Developers, and DevOps Engineers.
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals/job boards.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools for sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement.
Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
Screen, evaluate, and coordinate interviews for technical roles.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS records.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

Vallarpadam, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Total work: 3 years (Preferred)
Java: 3 years (Preferred)
