What You'll Do
We are looking for an Industrial Automation Engineer who can independently handle automation projects, customer requirement studies, system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop PLC and HMI applications for industrial automation systems.
- Develop automation solutions for conveyors, material handling systems, warehouse automation, and smart dispatch systems.
- Integrate Barcode / QR Code Scanners, Weighing Systems, Load Cells, Sensors, Encoders, VFDs, and Industrial Controllers.
- Develop machine control systems for counting, rejection, traceability, inventory tracking, and production monitoring applications.
- Conduct customer site visits, requirement studies, and technical discussions.
- Perform electrical panel testing, machine commissioning, troubleshooting, and support activities.
- Execute automation projects from concept, design, programming, testing, installation, and commissioning.
- Prepare I/O lists, automation architecture, electrical documentation, and commissioning reports.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Support development of standardized automation products and future robotics solutions.
- Manage assigned projects independently and ensure timely completion.
Required Skills & ExperienceMust Have
- Experience in PLC Programming (Siemens / Delta / Mitsubishi / Allen Bradley / Omron or equivalent).
- Experience in HMI Development.
- Knowledge of Industrial Communication Protocols:
- Modbus RTU
- Modbus TCP/IP
- Ethernet Communication
- RS485 Networks
- Hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting and commissioning.
- Knowledge of VFDs, Motors, Sensors, Relays, Electrical Panels, and Industrial Instrumentation.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and control diagrams.
- Willingness to travel for customer site visits and project execution.
