Job Description:
What we are looking for
Frontend: Advanced proficiency in React, Angular, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3 for building responsive, dynamic, and user-centric web interfaces.
Backend: Expertise in Node.js and Express.js (Nest.js experience is a plus) for efficient and scalable server-side application development.
APIs: Hands-on experience with designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end services.
Database: Strong experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks for efficient data management and integration.
AI Integration: Familiarity with integrating machine learning or AI technologies to optimize coding workflows, automate processes, and enhance application performance.
Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy, manage, and scale applications effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take charge of designing and developing high-performance, scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and stakeholders) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead planning sessions, define technical requirements, and communicate them effectively to the development team.
Provide guidance and mentorship to developers across various projects, ensuring they follow best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure front-end and back-end architectures, ensuring optimal performance and speed.
Continuously optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability, incorporating AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency.
Lead efforts to integrate AI technologies into the development workflow, including automating repetitive tasks, streamlining development processes, and improving application capabilities.
Conduct regular code reviews and process reviews, offering constructive feedback to team members to improve the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
Oversee deployment pipelines and ensure the scalability and stability of applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
9+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.
Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, and other modern front-end frameworks, with a deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, and state management using Redux.
Extensive experience with Node.js, Nest.js, and Express.js for developing robust server-side applications.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks such as Sequelize, TypeORM, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns and design principles (MVC, microservices, etc.).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying, managing, and scaling applications.
Experience or interest in integrating AI technologies to automate workflows, enhance application functionality, and speed up development processes.
Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide teams, ensure productivity, and promote best practices.
