Job Title: Sr. Media Buyer (Meta Ads)

Experience Required: 3-6 Years

Job Responsibilities

Manage and monitor growth by implementing campaign solutions; build campaigns, monitor and optimize for performance, and work towards marketing objectives.
Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns within timelines and budgets.
Demonstrate familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
Prioritize and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Provide creative copy suggestions and guidance for ad creatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online advertising.
Optimize and scale key metrics including CPC, CPI, CPA, CTR, and CPM across campaigns, ad groups, and ad sets.
Publish daily performance reports highlighting key campaign metrics.
Track funnel conversion rates and identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and deliver results.
Manage, mentor, and develop team members to maximize impact and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Self-starter with a strong results-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented while maintaining focus on broader business objectives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into effective marketing campaigns.
Experience managing monthly performance advertising budgets exceeding INR 20 Lakhs.
Expert knowledge of mobile and web analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and advertising technologies.
Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.

Shift Timing : 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM
