The Contract Administration Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of service contracts, ensuring accurate execution, compliance, financial alignment, and stakeholder coordination. This role supports operational excellence and enhances customer satisfaction through effective contract governance and process optimization.

Contract Initiation & Setup

Review contract scope, terms, and conditions for completeness and accuracy.

Ensure timely and accurate contract creation and setup in SAP and relevant tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding of contracts.

Contract Execution & Coordination
-
Monitor contract performance against defined deliverables and timelines.

Act as the central coordination point between internal teams and customers.

Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and escalation of risks.

Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and audit trails.
-
Generate periodic reports on contract status, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Ensure full compliance with internal guidelines and standards.

Stakeholder Management
-
Facilitate regular review meetings with stakeholders.
-
Provide clear communication on contract progress, milestones, and issues.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Financial Management & Invoicing
-
Support invoicing as per contractual terms and agreed milestones.
-
Track revenue, billing accuracy, and financial KPIs.

Assist in budget monitoring and financial reporting.

Contract Closure & Continuous Improvement

Ensure structured contract closure including documentation and compliance checks.

Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process enhancements.

Capture lessons learned and shared best practices.
Your success is grounded in:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
-
3–5 years of relevant experience in contract administration or similar roles.

Proficiency in SAP.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong understanding of contract management and lifecycle processes.
-
Knowledge of contract terms, KPIs, and financial concepts (budgeting, invoicing).

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Accuracy and timeliness of contract setup and execution.
