Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React.js / Node.js)

About the Role

BlackCode is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who can develop, maintain, and optimize modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and Express.js and be capable of handling both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Node.js
Build REST APIs and backend services using Express.js
Design and manage MongoDB databases
Create responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services
Debug, test, and optimize application performance
Collaborate with designers, developers, and business teams
Deploy and maintain applications on VPS and cloud servers
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability

Mandatory Requirements

Candidate must be capable of independently developing and delivering complete projects from start to finish.
Should be able to handle the full development lifecycle including requirement gathering, UI development, backend development, database design, API integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned projects.
Experience in building and deploying complete web applications independently is mandatory.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into working software solutions.

Strong knowledge of React.js
Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js
MongoDB and Mongoose experience
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
REST API Development
Git and GitHub
Problem-solving and debugging skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities

Cloudinary Integration
VPS/Server Deployment
SEO-friendly Development
