Full job description

Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 Years (Freshers with strong knowledge can also apply)
Salary: As per experience and company standards

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, taxation, compliance, auditing, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and ensure that all financial activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliances.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist management in financial decision-making through MIS reports and analysis.
Manage payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.

Required Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or finance.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP software, and accounting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Knowledge of audit procedures and risk management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
