Ciklum is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:
As a Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Ciklum’s client project is an AI-powered platform that transforms 1.5 million annual support tickets into reusable knowledge, enabling agents to resolve issues faster and deflect tickets before they open. Ciklum is the named platform partner responsible for building the Vector DB, RAG backbone, and Knowledge Engine on top of CGM’s existing infrastructure.The full-stack team operates on a blended onshore/offshore T&M model across Czechia, Poland, UK, and India.
Responsibilities:

Ingestion connectors with delta loads, deduplication, and versioning

Retrieval API endpoints for efficient data access

NextJS triage surface for agent workflows
-
NICE writeback path (Phase 0 hard gate) ensuring correct content sync with versioning and deprecation handling

Work with SAP AI Core and Postgres vector stack to support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate REST APIs and external services
-
Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of ingestion and retrieval systems
Requirements:

3+ years of full-stack development experience

Strong proficiency in React, NextJS, TypeScript, Node.js and REST APIs

Hands-on experience with data ingestion pipelines (delta loads, deduplication, versioning)

Familiarity with Azure Data Factory for orchestrating data workflows

Experience with REST API integration

Comfortable working against SAP AI Core and Postgres vector stack

Knowledge of vector databases (Qdrant or pgvector) is a plus
