We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to build and maintain internal web applications, business tools, dashboards, task-management systems, and API-driven applications.
You will work across both backend and frontend development, taking features from requirements through development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
This role is ideal for a developer who understands API development, database design, React-based frontend development, third-party integrations, and reusable software architecture.
We are especially looking for someone who can build systems that are scalable, maintainable, and reusable, rather than creating duplicate code for every new application.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop internal web applications, dashboards, management systems, and business tools.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
- Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, SaaS platforms, and internal services.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and write efficient SQL queries.
- Design database tables, relationships, indexes, and data structures.
- Build reusable backend services, APIs, utilities, frontend components, hooks, and modules.
- Integrate systems with platforms such as Shopify, Google APIs, and other business applications.
- Implement authentication, authorization, API keys, OAuth, validation, logging, and error handling.
- Handle API pagination, rate limits, retries, webhooks, and integration failures.
- Build dashboards, tables, filters, forms, task boards, modals, and management panels.
- Debug and resolve frontend, backend, API, database, and production issues.
- Understand existing codebases and extend them without unnecessarily rewriting working functionality.
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications end-to-end.
- Identify opportunities to reduce code duplication and create reusable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

For example, if multiple internal applications require the same Shopify or Google API integration, you should be able to identify the common functionality and create a reusable API service rather than developing the integration separately for every application.
Similarly, common frontend elements such as:

should be developed as reusable components wherever practical.
You should be comfortable asking:
- Can an existing API or service be reused?
- Should this functionality become a common module?

- How can we avoid duplicating the same business logic?
