HR Executive

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Department: Human Resources

Industry: Retail

Experience: 2 to 3 years in HR operations (Retail sector preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and field-ready HR Executive with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to manage human resource functions across our retail network. Based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, you will be responsible for enforcing HR policies, overseeing store-level compliance, managing employee relations, and driving key HR initiatives across multiple retail outlets.

This role requires a candidate who is comfortable traveling frequently to various store locations to handle on-site HR operations and build strong relationships with retail staff.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Enforcement & Compliance: Implement, monitor, and enforce company HR policies and labor law compliance across all retail store locations.
Store Visits & On-Site HR Support: Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to audit HR practices, manage field operations, and address operational bottlenecks.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Act as a primary contact for employee concerns, mediating conflicts, resolving store grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment.
End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate hiring processes for store staff—including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and seamlessly onboarding new hires.
Attendance & Payroll Inputs: Oversee store attendance logs, leave management systems, and prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs.
Performance & Staff Development: Assist in conducting regular performance evaluations, supporting store managers with employee reviews, and organizing training initiatives for retail staff.
Documentation & HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee databases, personnel files, and compliant HR documentation.

Travel Requirements

High Mobility: Willingness and capability to travel frequently to various retail store locations across Hyderabad as required by the business.
Field Resolution: Hands-on ability to step into store environments to resolve personnel issues and audit workplace conditions on the spot.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Coordinator (experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-location operational environments is strongly preferred).
HR Knowledge: Good understanding of general HR policies, statutory compliance, and Indian labor laws.
Software Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using HRMS/payroll software.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
Self-Driven: Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks across multiple locations.
