Job Title: Assistant for Company Secretary Department

Location: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai

Qualification- CS Inter

Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a Company Secretarial Department.

Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours :

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
2nd and 4th Saturdays Off
Sunday Weekly Off

Salary: As per company standards, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant for Company Secretary Department to support the Company's Secretarial and Corporate Compliance functions. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in company secretarial matters, statutory compliances, and corporate governance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws.
Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and secretarial documentation.
Prepare and file statutory forms, returns, and other documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other regulatory authorities.
Coordinate with Directors, Auditors, Legal Counsel, and regulatory authorities.
Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensuring timely statutory compliances.
Draft and review corporate documents, agreements, and resolutions.
Monitor compliance calendars and statutory deadlines.
Support due diligence, audits, inspections, and regulatory filings.
Handle other secretarial and compliance-related assignments as required.

Candidate Profile

Thorough knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards, and corporate compliance procedures.
Experience in handling ROC filings and maintaining statutory records.
Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
