About Us

We are a fast-growing home healthcare organization providing Nursing Care, Caregiver Services, Elder Care, ICU Care at Home, Physiotherapy, Post-Hospitalization Care, and Patient Attendant Services. We are looking for an experienced Nursing/GDA Trainer to train, evaluate, and develop our caregiving workforce to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Job Summary

The Nursing/GDA Trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom and practical training sessions for General Duty Assistants (GDA), Patient Care Attendants, Caregivers, Semi-Nursing Staff, and Home Healthcare Workers. The trainer will ensure that all staff are clinically competent, professionally groomed, and prepared to deliver quality patient care in home settings.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development

Conduct induction and onboarding training for new caregivers and nursing staff.
Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions.
Develop training modules, SOPs, manuals, and assessment tools.
Conduct refresher training programs for existing staff.
Evaluate trainees through written tests, viva, and practical demonstrations.

Minimum 2 years healthcare training experience

Experience in any of the following will be preferred:
