Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, social media, email marketing, networking, and other channels.

Research potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.

Contact prospective clients and explain the company’s products/services and marketing solutions.

Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations as required.

Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Knowledge of digital marketing and basic sales techniques.

Good networking and relationship-building skills.

Ability to generate and qualify leads.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience: 0–2 years; freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
