Full job description

*Why this role is different*

You won't be managing one account. You'll own the social presence of a portfolio of brands across fitness, health, and wellness, anchored by one of the most recognised names in global fitness and a gym franchise scaling across India, with new ventures launching in the health and biohacking space.

That's rare at any level: multiple brands, distinct audiences, one strategist setting the direction for all of it. You'll have a dedicated designer and video editor executing under your direction, so this is a thinking-and-leading role, not a do-everything-yourself role.

We're straightforward about how we work: growth here is earned, not scheduled. But the people who perform get more scope, more pay, and more ownership, and because the portfolio is expanding, the ceiling keeps moving up.

*What you'll own*

- Content strategy and monthly calendars across the brand portfolio

- Daily posting, scheduling, captions, and community engagement

- Briefing and directing the designer and editor. You set the bar for what ships

- Growth that matters: reach, engagement, and leads, not vanity follower counts

- Reporting what works, killing what doesn't, adjusting fast

*What we need from you*

3+ years managing social media for a brand, agency, or creator. Fitness, health, or lifestyle experience is a strong advantage. You understand reels-first content, you write sharp hooks and captions yourself, and you act on analytics rather than just reporting them.

You use AI tools as part of how you work: for research, content ideation, drafting and refining copy, analysing performance, and speeding up scheduling and reporting. We run a lean team across multiple brands, and that only works if you're multiplying your output with modern tools rather than doing everything manually. If AI isn't already part of your daily workflow, this role isn't for you.

Fluent English, written and strategic, is non-negotiable. Every caption and campaign line goes through you and it has to be right.

You work remotely without supervision and treat the brands like your own. If you need daily direction, this isn't for you. If you want genuine ownership across a growing portfolio with a founder team that moves fast and backs good ideas, apply.
