Position Overview
We are looking for a Website Developer who excels at turning design concepts into functional, high-performance websites. You’ll work closely with our in-house creative director and graphic designers to build websites based on approved designs, ranging from custom builds to template-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of modern web development, hosting environments, email configurations, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Website Development
- Build and maintain websites in WordPress using Divi, WPBakery, Elementor, and custom themes.
- Develop websites in Wix, Shopify, and pure HTML/CSS/JS when required.
- Translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive websites.
- Create and manage child themes and custom WordPress themes.
Coding & Technical Proficiency
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Work across a wide range of code environments (see required technologies below).
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end bugs quickly.
- Implement advanced plugin setups, including WooCommerce, shipping integrations (UPS, FedEx), and third-party feature plugins.
Hosting & Server Management
- Set up and manage websites on various hosting platforms, including cPanel-based and proprietary servers.
- Manage server file systems, backups, and SFTP-based deployments.
- Configure and manage domain hosting, redirects, and SSL certificates.
- Setup and work with SSH and other APIs with AI intagration.
Email & DNS Configuration
- Set up and manage email environments in cPanel, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Configure and troubleshoot domain DNS settings including MX, SPF, DKIM, and TXT records.
- Assist clients in migrating and managing email solutions.
Collaboration & Support
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
- Make informed plugin recommendations and quickly learn how to implement unfamiliar tools or systems.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for completed sites.

- cPanel / WHM
- FTP / SFTP clients (e.g., FileZilla, Cyberduck)
- DNS configuration and domain setup
- SSL, security protocols, and file permissions
- SSH with AI
Email Configuration
- Google Workspace (Gmail setup, alias, forwarding, etc.)
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, setup, integration)
- cPanel email setup and troubleshooting
Bonus Skills
- Git version control
- Familiarity with CLI commands and server-side scripting
- Experience with staging environments and site migrations
- Site performance optimization and security hardening

Timings
You will be working with our creative director in the US. You need to be available for live Teams conversations betweem 9:00 AM and 12: 00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Given how important websites are to our clients, you need to be on call for emergencies between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
We try to avoing working at weekends, but again, if it is an emergency, you need to be on call.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.83 per month
