Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, follow-up activities, customer satisfaction initiatives, and database management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in Customer Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Prepare CRM reports and MIS reports.
Track customer retention and engagement activities.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Requirements

Experience: 4–5 years in CRM, Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
