Are you a driven and detail-oriented Site Engineer with a passion for interior design and construction? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our Stellar Interior Projects. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our interior projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Site Inspections and Supervision: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure construction progress aligns with project plans and quality standards.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project management team to coordinate resources, materials, and labor to meet project deadlines and budgets.

AutoCAD: Utilize AutoCAD software to create and modify interior design plans and ensure they are implemented accurately on-site.

Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the project, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.

Communication: Act as a liaison between the site, project managers, and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions.

Safety Compliance: Enforce and adhere to safety regulations and best practices on-site to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but motivated and passionate individuals are encouraged to apply.

AutoCAD Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD for design and drafting is essential.

Transportation: Must have a 2-wheeler for convenient commuting between project sites.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address issues that may arise during the construction process.

Detail-Oriented: An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative when necessary.
