Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who understands the pulse of digital platforms and knows how to build engaging brand experiences. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and experienced in handling social media for multiple brands within a digital marketing agency.

If you can plan, execute, analyse, and scale social content with consistency and creativity, you’ll fit perfectly into our team of digital thinkers.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
Create, plan, and manage monthly social media calendars.
Handle Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other active platforms.
Maintain page hygiene, engage with audiences, and respond to comments/messages.
Track daily trends, competitor activity, and industry updates.
Campaign Execution
Develop and execute campaign ideas that align with brand objectives.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and editors for timely creative delivery.
Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints.
Support influencer/outreach activities when required.
Analytics & Reporting
Track weekly and monthly performance metrics.
Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
Recommend data-backed strategies to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements:

1–3 years of digital marketing agency experience (mandatory).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple brand pages simultaneously.
Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
Strong grasp of SMM tools and analytics dashboards.
Trend spotting and ability to adapt quickly.

Good to Have

Basic Canva knowledge or experience in preparing creative briefs.
Understanding of influencer marketing and collaborations.
Awareness of viral content formats and new digital trends.
