As part of its global expansion strategy, the company is building a high-performance Sales Team in Kochi to drive international business growth.
Job Summary
The Business Growth Consultant – UAE Market will play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and offering tailored consultancy solutions for company formation and expansion in the UAE.
This is a consultative sales role that combines client acquisition, advisory, and relationship management, making it ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, strategy, and international business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Outreach
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline targeting entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential industries and customer segments
2. Client Consultation & Needs Analysis
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business goals and expansion plans
- Provide expert guidance on UAE business setup options and service offerings
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the decision-making process
3. Sales Conversion & Revenue Generation
- Present customized business solutions aligned with client requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service packages
- Negotiate terms and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
4. Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
5. CRM & Reporting
- Update and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
- Share regular reports with the Sales Team Lead/ Operations Head
6. Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with operations, documentation, and compliance teams for smooth service delivery
- Ensure seamless handover of closed clients to the operations team
Key Accounting Framework & Service Scope (Understanding Required)
The role requires a basic understanding of:
- UAE company formation structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Cost structures and pricing models for business setup services
- Compliance requirements and documentation processes
- Revenue tracking and sales pipeline management
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- MBA in Marketing / Sales / International Business (preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and business consulting are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or consulting is an added advantage
