About the Role:
The Manager – Training and L&D will lead the end-to-end planning, conceptualization, execution, tracking, monitoring, and reporting Training activities at Sigachi. The person will deploy a career centric learning program using multiple modes – Classroom, online, virtual etc. The person must demonstrate ownership, responsibility & accountability to deliver quality results, on time. It is imperative that the individual has immaculate communication skills in English – spoken & written. Hindi & Telugu spoken communication will be essential to be successful in this role. Through a combination of internal and external interventions, the Manager is expected to help Sigachi become an “Employer of Choice”. The role reports to SVP - HR and is based at the corporate office at Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Gap Analysis and determine right training for each role.

Create learning paths aligned with career path.

Design, create & deliver training programs directly or using internal and/or external SMEs.

Be responsible, accountable for mandatory compliance, statutory, soft skills, behavioral and leadership training programs.

Job Specification:

Hands on experience in planning & executing Training and L&D.
-
Must be proficient in deployment and utilization of LMS to improve the quality of learning experience.
Pre-requisites:
1. 10 - 15 years’ overall work experience, with at least 6 – 8 years’ experience in leading Training and L&D
activities.
2. People with proven experience and expertise of delivering results in a Training company will be preferred.
3. MBA in HR (full time) from a premium institute is an added advantage.
4. Immaculate in English, Hindi, Telugu language communication.
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite – minimum intermediary level in Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
6. High energy, ability to energize, creative & learning mindset.
7. Result orientation, Speed of execution, Quality outcomes, People centric mindset is mandatory.
8. Willing to work in a 6 days a week environment.
9. Willing to travel to our factory locations at Hyderabad, Gujarat, Karnataka & Andhra as needed, to deliver
training.
