Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, ensuring a courteous and welcoming experience.
Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, maintaining visitor records, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensure timely communication.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage meeting room arrangements as required.
Provide administrative and clerical support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document handling.
Maintain an accurate visitor entry register. Inform concerned staff promptly about visitor arrivals.
Coordinate with internal departments, housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time in line with your role.
Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the reporting senior.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
