Full job description

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising daily bakery operations, preparing high-quality bakery products, and ensuring consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and oversee the production of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery items.
Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Supervise and guide Commis chefs in daily operations.
Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory control.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Minimize wastage and support cost-control measures.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of bakery equipment.
Assist the Chef de Partie in menu development and production planning.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
Strong knowledge of bakery production and baking techniques.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
