Data Analyst (Operations & Business Intelligence)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to monitor, verify, analyze, and report business performance across Sales, Marketing, Admissions, CRM, Website, Mobile App, Finance, and Academic Operations. The role involves generating actionable insights to support management decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & CRM Analysis

Verify daily lead generation across all ventures.
Analyze source-wise leads and identify duplicate or invalid entries.
Monitor lead distribution, follow-ups, and lead-to-admission conversion rates.

Sales & Revenue Analysis

Prepare venture-wise and staff-wise sales reports.
Track admissions, revenue collection, target achievement, and conversion performance.
Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Marketing, Website & App Analytics

Analyze Meta Ads and Google Ads performance, including CPL, CPI, and ROI.
Monitor website enquiries, landing page performance, and conversions.
Track app downloads, registrations, active users, engagement, retention, ratings, and reviews.

Staff & Academic Performance

Verify attendance and productivity reports.
Monitor staff follow-ups, demos, admissions, and faculty performance metrics.

Reporting & Dashboards

Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
Maintain management dashboards and present key business insights, trends, and recommendations.
