What you'll do
- Architect, design, develop, and maintain full stack cloud-native applications using React / TypeScript on the frontend and .NET / C# on the backend
- Lead frontend and backend development within the Microsoft ecosystem and set technical standards for the team
- Build and govern Azure PaaS services including App Services, Functions, Container Apps, and Cosmos DB
- Design and maintain financial data solutions and budget management workflows using Azure SQL and SQL Server
- Lead integration with Dynamics 365 financial systems to support complex business workflows and data requirements
- Architect and govern Power Automate and Power Apps solutions for enterprise workflow automation and internal tooling
- Implement and manage identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID and RBAC
- Manage secure credentials and application configuration through Azure Key Vault and Managed Identity
- Own application health, performance, and telemetry monitoring using Application Insights
- Design and integrate REST APIs with third-party SaaS vendors and external platforms
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance frameworks including GDPR, S360, and SSPA
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and oversee delivery through Azure DevOps
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and drive engineering best practices
- Participate in sprint planning, story delivery, and Agile ceremonies using ADO Boards
- Adhere to Microsoft engineering standards including OneBranch, CloudBuild, LiveSite DRI, and incident management practices
What you bring
- 5–10 years of full stack development experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Must have worked as a vendor contractor assigned to Microsoft projects — Microsoft V- & BGC clearance is a strong advantage
- Deep hands-on expertise with .NET / C# for backend service, API, and microservices development
- Strong proficiency in React / TypeScript for frontend development including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization
- Proven hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services: App Services, Azure Functions, Container Apps, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB
- Strong experience with Power Platform: Power Automate for enterprise workflow automation and Power Apps for internal tooling
- Proven working knowledge of Dynamics 365 integration with financial systems
- Solid experience with financial data modeling and budget management domain knowledge
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access management, and RBAC
- Strong familiarity with Azure Key Vault, Managed Identity, and Application Insights
- Proven understanding of security and compliance frameworks: GDPR, S360, and SSPA
- Strong REST API design and third-party SaaS integration experience
- Proven experience designing and managing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Repos, and Boards
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers
- Strong understanding of Microsoft engineering standards: OneBranch, CloudBuild, LiveSite DRI
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery: sprint planning, ADO work items, story delivery, and retrospectives
- Working knowledge of AI/Copilot tools: Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
