Full job description

IT Project Coordinator - https://www.ctrlaltxp.com/

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator who can seamlessly transition between office-based project operations and on-the-ground execution. The person will also serve as our primary technical anchor on-site whenever a deployment or critical issue demands it.

We need someone who understands how hardware and software communicate and can keep a cool head to troubleshoot systems under pressure.

What Will He Do

● Project Operations: Assist the core team with day-to-day project execution, ensuring hardware and software are prepped and tested before they ever leave the office.

● On-Demand Site Deployment: Travel to client locations in Bengaluru and out-of-station as project phases require. He will lead the physical setup of VR devices, interactive displays, and deployment hardware.

● Network Configuration: Set up and troubleshoot local network environments on-site, ensuring our applications have the correct IP configurations and connectivity to run seamlessly.

● Real-Time Troubleshooting: Act as the immediate first responder to technical issues during site visits. He must quickly diagnose whether a problem is a hardware fault, a network drop, or a software glitch.

● Scripting & Configuration: Utilize basic scripting skills to pull system logs, execute configuration tweaks, or automate minor fixes on the fly.

What He Needs to Bring

● Experience: Around 2 years in technical project coordination, IT operations, or a hybrid technical support role.

● Location: Will to relocate to Bangalore

● Communication: Fluent in English (mandatory) for clear communication with clients and the internal team.

● Added Perk: Conversational Hindi is a strong advantage for coordinating smoothly with diverse on-site vendors and logistics teams.

● Hardware Competence: Proven comfort with setting up, calibrating, and troubleshooting hardware (We work with VR Headset and Interactive Displays)

● Networking Fundamentals: A solid understanding of basic network settings, routing, and local network troubleshooting.

● Scripting Skills: Basic proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to assist with technical problem-solving.

● Proactive Problem-Solving: He must be a sharp, independent thinker who can assess

a failing system, think on his feet, and implement a fix without always relying on the backend engineering team.

● Schedule Flexibility: We operate with flexible working hours for day-to-day tasks.

However, he must be willing to put in extra hours or work on weekends when critical project deadlines or site deployments demand it.

● Mobility: Comfortable working from the office while maintaining a high willingness to travel to various deployment sites whenever project cycles require.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
