Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Java & React
Experience: 6+ Years
Skills: Java 17/21, Spring Boot, React (16+), TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Automated Testing, Secure Coding, Microservices, Agile Methodology
Working Hours: 3–4 hours/day
Time Slots:-Between 6 AM IST to 11 AM IST or 7 PM IST to 12 AM IST.
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise applications for digital banking and financial services platforms. You will work across modern Java backend services and React frontend applications, building high-quality user experiences and business-critical systems.
You will collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, and business stakeholders while contributing to the complete software development lifecycle. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and driving engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices following secure software engineering practices.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and modern frontend technologies.
- Design and optimize relational database solutions using SQL.
- Implement automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software delivery.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
- Ensure adherence to risk, security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence across the team.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Java (preferably Java 17/21).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and REST API development.
- Strong frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL optimization.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and quality assurance practices.
- Familiarity with secure coding standards and application security principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Knowledge of Event Sourcing and CQRS patterns.
- Experience with Apache Kafka or other messaging/streaming platforms.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with SonarQube, code quality gates, and feature flag frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms.
