About Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and backend system design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable REST APIs, working with relational databases, and using modern frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate. The role requires a deep understanding of performance optimization techniques including caching, as well as exposure to distributed systems and cloud technologies.

Experience: 5 to 8 years
Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java
Build and maintain REST APIs for enterprise-grade applications
Implement OOP principles and design patterns in application architecture
Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL
Utilize ORM and dependency injection frameworks like Hibernate and Spring Boot
Handle multi-threading and concurrency challenges effectively
Implement caching strategies including synchronization and cache eviction
Contribute to performance tuning and system optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Expertise You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience with Java
Strong OOP knowledge and design patterns
Solid multi-threading understanding
Relational database experience (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc)
ORM Framework & dependency injection framework experience (Hibernate, Spring Boot, etc)
Experience with caching (synchronization, cache eviction, available tech, etc)
Building REST APIs
NoSQL experience (Redis, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc)
Messaging/stream processing (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc)
Docker & Kubernetes experience
AWS/Cloud
