Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact at Soundkraft Music Institute. This role involves managing front-desk operations, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for students, parents, and faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and fees
Manage class schedules, student registrations, and attendance records
Maintain and update student databases and administrative documents
Coordinate with instructors for class timings, cancellations, and events
Assist in fee collection, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Support planning and execution of events, workshops, and performances
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas
Handle office supplies and inventory management

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, email handling)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
Interest in music or arts (preferred but not mandatory)

Working Hours:

Full-time / Part-time (as per institute schedule, including weekends )

On-site at Soundkraft Solutions

Salary:

Based on experience and qualifications

Additional Qualities:

Ability to handle young students and parents professionally
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Willingness to learn and adapt in a creative environment
