About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visually powerful content that captures attention and drives engagement.

As part of our creative team, you will design scroll-stopping social media creatives, branding materials, and high-performing ad visuals for a wide range of clients and industries. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, content creators, and marketers to bring campaigns to life with designs that are both aesthetically strong and commercially effective.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Design

Create engaging visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
Design posts, Stories, carousel creatives, Reels covers, and promotional graphics

Performance Marketing Creatives

Develop eye-catching ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Display campaigns
Design visuals optimized for clicks, conversions, and campaign performance

Branding & Identity

Design logos, brand identity systems, brochures, company profiles, and presentation decks
Maintain consistency across all client branding materials

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand campaign goals and creative direction
Translate briefs into impactful visual concepts with strong storytelling

Website & Digital Assets

Create website banners, icons, landing page visuals, and UI elements that improve user experience

Creative Innovation

Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and evolving social media formats
Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to every project

RequirementsExperience & Portfolio

1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital agency or marketing environment
A strong portfolio showcasing branding work, social media creatives, and advertising designs

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Canva for quick-turnaround content creation
Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro or CapCut
Motion graphics knowledge using After Effects is an added advantage

Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Positive attitude toward teamwork and constructive feedback
Excellent communication and time management skills
