HR Recruiter

We are looking for a professional and result-oriented Experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our company.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection
Source candidates through recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and local hiring channels
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports
Ensure timely closure of open positions across office and site requirements
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
Willingness to travel to office locations and project/site locations(accross India) as required for recruitment activities(Mandatory)

Skills & Requirements

Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition
Must be fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written)
Familiarity with recruitment platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and local job portals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management
Basic computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email
Attention to detail and strong time management skills

Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
2–5 years of experience in recruitment is mandatory
Experience in MEP, construction, or engineering recruitment will be an added advantage
Salary is based on experience & interview performance
Delhi Candidates Prefered
Immediate joiners prefered

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
