UI/UX Design Intern at Kaizen Infotech Solutions Private Limited

Job Type: Internship
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra (On-site)
Start Date: Immediate
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Stipend: Rs. 5000 - Rs. 10000 per month

Job Description

Kaizen Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a technology company delivering innovative software products and IT services across industries — including enterprise applications, visitor management systems, and event management platforms. We believe in continuous improvement — the spirit of Kaizen — and that philosophy extends to how we build products, serve clients, and develop our people.

We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Design Intern to join our product team. You will work closely with our designers, developers, and product managers on real-world applications — gaining hands-on exposure to the full design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and handoff.

Responsibilities

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma or Adobe XD
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Conduct user research and translate feedback into actionable design improvements
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of designs
Maintain and update UI component libraries and design systems
Participate in design reviews and team brainstorming sessions
Create visual assets including icons, illustrations, and banners
Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability best practices
A portfolio or project work demonstrating design thinking and visual skills
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage but not required
Strong communication skills with the ability to incorporate feedback
Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a curious mindset
