Role Overview
We are looking for passionate AI professionals who can inspire, mentor, and train the next generation of technology talent.
As an AI & Generative AI Trainer – Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will deliver hands-on training programs, mentor real-world projects, contribute to curriculum development, and help learners build industry-ready skills in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI, AI Agents, Agentic AI.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy both technology and teaching and want to make a meaningful impact on student success.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Facilitation
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI, Agentic AI.
- Conduct workshops, bootcamps, certification programs, internships, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs).
- Facilitate hands-on labs, coding exercises, and project-based learning activities.
- Deliver training in both virtual and classroom environments.
Project Mentoring
- Guide students in developing industry-relevant AI and Generative AI projects.
- Mentor learners on capstone projects and portfolio development.
- Conduct technical reviews, project evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Support hackathons, innovation challenges, and innovation-driven learning initiatives.
Content Development
- Develop learning content, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Create trainer guides, lab manuals, project documentation, and learning resources.
- Continuously improve curriculum based on industry trends and technological advancements.
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with emerging developments in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
- Explore new frameworks, methodologies, and enterprise use cases.
- Contribute to the design of future-focused learning programs.

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc. (Computer Science / Artificial Intelligence / Data Science / Information Technology) / Equivalent Technical Qualification.

- Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts with hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions.
