Salesforce Developer

Experience: 3–10 Years

Location: India (Remote/Hybrid based on Project Requirements)

Duration: 12 Months Contract (Extendable)

Industry: Telecom / Communications

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers with 3–10 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and enterprise implementations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and OmniStudio components. Experience in Telecom/Communications domain projects and Salesforce Industry Cloud implementations will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
Build and enhance Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Configure Salesforce workflows, Flows, validation rules, security models, and automation processes.
Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware technologies.
Implement and support OmniStudio solutions including:
OmniScripts
DataRaptors
Integration Procedures
FlexCards
Participate in end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.
