Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Noida
Experience: 0–1 years
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Operator to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry using Tally ERP/Tally Prime, supporting our clients' accounting and compliance needs. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to build a strong foundation in practical accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) in Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9
Maintain ledgers, journals, and cash/bank books accurately
Prepare and reconcile bank statements
Assist in GST entries, invoicing, and basic return data preparation
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
Generate basic reports (trial balance, P&L, balance sheet) as needed for review
Ensure proper filing and documentation of vouchers and supporting bills
Coordinate with senior accountants/CAs for data verification and corrections
Maintain confidentiality of client financial data

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com/M.Com or equivalent (pursuing CA/CMA Inter candidates also welcome)
Working knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9 (certification is a plus)
Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work under deadlines, especially during GST/TDS filing periods

Preferred (Good to Have)

Internship or articleship experience in an accounting/CA firm
Familiarity with GST portal, TDS basics, and e-invoicing
Tally certification course completion
