Role Summary
- Position: MERN Stack Developer
- Experience: 3 to 6 years
- Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai (In-office)
- Compensation: ₹4,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 LPA (Depending on experience and skillset)
- Preference: Candidates currently residing in Mumbai are strongly preferred for an easier commute and quick onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable backend services (Node.js/Express) and highly interactive frontend interfaces (React.js).
- Database Management: Database design and optimization using MongoDB, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security of the database layer.
- Architecture & Design: Build reusable code, components, and libraries for future use. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- API Integration: Create, optimize, and consume secure RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and seamless cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material UI).
- Backend Expertise: Deep understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and asynchronous programming.
- Database Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB (Mongoose, aggregation pipelines, indexing) and familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) is a plus.
- DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with Git/GitHub, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Testing: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
