- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Operator to join our Content Production Team. This role is ideal for professionals who possess strong expertise in document formatting, desktop publishing, layout design, and print-ready content preparation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- As a DTP Operator, you will play a critical role in transforming educational and professional content into visually appealing, publication-ready materials.
- Working closely with content developers, educators, designers, and operational teams, you will ensure that all learning resources meet the highest standards of presentation, consistency, and accuracy.
- Your work will directly contribute to the quality of learning experiences delivered to students, professionals, and corporate clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Desktop Publishing & Content Formatting
- Format and design educational materials, training manuals, assessments, presentations, worksheets, and instructional documents.
- Convert raw content into professionally structured and visually engaging layouts.
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready publications while maintaining organizational design standards.
- Ensure consistency in typography, formatting, branding, spacing, alignment, and pagination.
Layout Design & Production
- Create professional page layouts that enhance readability and user experience.
- Integrate graphics, tables, illustrations, diagrams, and visual elements into content.
- Develop and maintain standardized templates for recurring publication requirements.
- Manage document revisions and version control efficiently.
Quality Assurance
- Review documents for formatting accuracy and visual consistency.
- Conduct detailed quality checks prior to final publication.
- Ensure all deliverables meet established editorial and production standards.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Coordinate with academic teams, content writers, designers, and management.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.
- Support the continuous improvement of publishing workflows and production processes.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Candidates must possess working proficiency in the following software:
Essential Software Skills
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe PageMaker
