Experience: 2 – 4 Years

We are looking for a creative 3D Visualizer who can transform concepts and drawings into realistic architectural presentations.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer with strong architectural visualization skills to create high-quality interior and exterior renders, walkthroughs, and 3D models for luxury villa and farmhouse projects.

Key Responsibilities3D Modelling & Visualization

Create realistic 3D Interior & Exterior Visualizations for luxury villas and farmhouse projects.
Develop high-quality:
Exterior Renders
Interior Renders
Walkthrough Videos
Aerial Views
Day & Night Views
Convert architectural drawings into detailed 3D models.

Architectural Understanding

Read and interpret:
Floor Plans
Elevations
Sections
Furniture Layouts
Working Drawings
GFC Drawings
Understand feet & inches measurements and maintain accurate dimensions.

Interior Visualization

Create premium designs for:

Living Rooms
Bedrooms
Kitchens
Bathrooms
Luxury Interiors
Furniture Layouts
False Ceiling Designs
Feature Walls

Exterior & Landscape Visualization

Create visuals for:

Villa Facades
Farmhouse Exteriors
Landscaping
Swimming Pool Areas
Outdoor Spaces
Garden Areas

Coordination & Execution Support

Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Teams.
Modify renders based on design feedback.
Maintain quality standards and project timelines.
Support presentations for clients and management.

Mandatory Software Skills

✔ Autodesk 3ds Max
✔ V-Ray / Corona Renderer
✔ SketchUp
✔ AutoCAD
✔ Photoshop

Added Advantage:
✔ D5 Render
✔ Lumion
✔ Enscape
✔ Blender

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, textures, and rendering.
Good understanding of architectural design principles.
Ability to create realistic premium-quality visuals.
Attention to detail and creativity.
Good portfolio of previous architectural visualization work.

2–4 Years experience in:

Luxury Villas
Farmhouse Projects
Residential Projects
Interior Visualization
