Job Description – Computer Operator

Position: Computer Operator
Industry: Manufacturing
Experience: Fresher / 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day computer operations and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Prepare and update reports using MS Excel, Word, and other office applications.
Draft professional emails and maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain and organize physical and digital documents, files, and records.
Generate printouts, scan documents, and manage photocopying and filing activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Coordinate with different departments such as Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Accounts for smooth information flow.
Assist in preparing quotations, reports, data sheets, and other office documents.
Update databases, maintain spreadsheets, and ensure accuracy of entered information.
Follow up with clients and internal teams for document sharing, approvals, and required information.
Ensure proper storage and confidentiality of company records and documents.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate with basic computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
