Full job description

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, results-oriented, and experienced in driving measurable growth through performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs including ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels
Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, attribution tools, etc.)
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies
Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 1 year Experience as Performance Marketer
Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and attribution models
Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or affiliate marketing
Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools
Experience in fast-paced startup or growth environments

Revenue Growth from Paid Channels
