About the Role

We are looking for a talented AI developer with at least 4 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, machine learning frameworks, and modern AI development tools to build intelligent solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and workflows.
Build and optimise Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
Create AI agents, chatbots, copilots, and automation workflows.
Integrate AI models with web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models for performance and accuracy.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI systems in production.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience working on AI/ML projects.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex,
Hands-on experience building RAG applications.
Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Milvus.
Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Hugging Face, or similar AI platforms.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI optimisation techniques.
Experience with REST APIs and backend development.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of software engineering best practices, Git, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing AI agents and multi-agent systems.
Knowledge of MLOps tools and deployment practices.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerised environments.
Exposure to fine-tuning open-source models.
Understanding of NLP, embeddings, and semantic search concepts.
