Togwe is a global AI powered services company building gaming platform development, performance marketing, digital growth, and sports-focused solutions for 25+ brands worldwide. We work at the intersection of sports, gaming, technology, and marketing — partnering with sports platforms, sports organizations, and digital-first businesses to help them launch, scale, and grow with measurable results.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As SEO Executive, you'll drive organic visibility and search performance for Togwe's own digital properties (togwe.com, Cricbites, and our blog) as well as select client accounts in the sports, gaming, and fantasy sports space. This is a hands-on role covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, content-led SEO, and link building — with growing exposure to AI search optimization (GEO/AEO) as that discipline matures. You'll work closely with the Marketing Team and collaborate with content writers, and developers to turn search strategy into ranking pages and real organic traffic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategy across Togwe's website, blog, and Cricbites, as well as client websites in the sports/gaming/fantasy sports vertical. –Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities across high-intent and high-volume search terms. –Own on-page SEO: meta titles/descriptions, header structure, internal linking, schema markup, and content optimization for target keywords. –Run technical SEO audits — site speed, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, mobile-friendliness, structured data — and work with developers to implement fixes. –Build and execute white-hat link building and digital PR strategies to grow domain authority. –Collaborate with content writers and designers to brief, plan, and optimize SEO-led blog content, landing pages, and service pages. –Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush/similar); turn data into clear monthly performance reports.

–Stay ahead of evolving search behavior, including emerging AI/Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO) practices for visibility in tools like ChatGPT and AI Overviews. –Ensure all SEO content and campaigns for fantasy sports / RMG-adjacent platforms stay compliant with relevant Indian advertising and content guidelines. –Support local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization where relevant for client accounts.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, either agency-side or in-house; portfolio of measurable ranking/traffic improvements preferred. –Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and at least one major SEO platform (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar). –Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals, including schema markup and site architecture. –Comfortable briefing and collaborating with content writers, designers, and developers — you don't need to write code, but you should be able to speak to it. –Familiarity with WordPress and/or Next.js-based sites is a plus, given Togwe's own site stack. –Curiosity about AI search and GEO/AEO — or willingness to learn fast, since this is an evolving part of the role. –Excellent written English for meta content, outreach emails, and reporting; comfort working in Hinglish content contexts is a bonus given our sports/cricket audience focus. –Self-starter who can manage multiple accounts/projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently. –Genuine interest in sports, gaming, or fantasy sports is a strong plus, given our core client base.

GOOD TO HAVE

Experience working on or with iGaming, fantasy sports, or any sports platforms, including awareness of RMG advertising compliance in India. –Exposure to PPC, SEM, or paid social, to understand the broader performance marketing funnel. –Basic understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles. –Experience with AI-assisted SEO workflows (content briefs, clustering, or research tools).
