Full job description

Roles and Responsibilities-

Design, write, and optimize prompts for AI models to generate accurate and useful responses.
Create prompt templates for different business use cases such as customer support, content generation, coding assistance, and data analysis.
Test multiple prompt variations and compare their performance.
Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and safety.
Identify and reduce hallucinations, incorrect answers, and biased responses.
Develop few-shot and chain-of-thought prompting strategies to improve model performance.
Build and maintain prompt libraries and documentation.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama models.
Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows using knowledge bases and vector databases.
Create evaluation datasets and benchmarks for AI systems.
Analyze user feedback and continuously improve prompt effectiveness.
Optimize prompts to reduce API costs, token usage, and response latency.
Develop AI agents and automated workflows using prompt engineering techniques.
Use tools and frameworks such as Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AI APIs.
Monitor AI application performance and troubleshoot prompt-related issues.
Ensure AI responses comply with company policies, security requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective prompt strategies.
Train internal teams on prompt engineering best practices.
Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Skills-

Educational qualification - Graduate and above
Must be fluent with AI models
Must be a fast learner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
