Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Type: Permanent

Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

Job Brief

We are looking for a passionate Senior Full Stack Developer who loves creating powerful and elegant digital solutions. If you enjoy building scalable web and mobile applications, exploring the latest in AI and Blockchain, and working in a team that values innovation, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Youll play a key role in designing, developing, and improving our digital products using Python, Django, and modern front-end frameworks. Your expertise will help us deliver high-performing, user-friendly applications that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Python (Django Framework) and modern front-end tools.
Build and manage RESTful APIs for smooth integration across platforms.
Lead and contribute to mobile app development using Flutter or React Native.
Work closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile apps.
Research and integrate AI/ML features to enhance product performance.
Explore and prototype Blockchain-based solutions and smart contract integrations.
Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Follow best practices in software architecture, clean coding, and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and REST API development.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Solid understanding of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Experience in mobile app development Native (Android/iOS) or Cross-platform (Flutter/React Native).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD).
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with AI/ML tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs.
Exposure to Blockchain and Web3 technologies.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and scalable system design.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools.
Understanding of performance optimization for web and mobile apps.
