Job Description & Summary:
The Vice President is a key role in Internal Consulting organization.
The major roles of the I nternal C onsulting organization are to lead significant programs in partnership With’s functional and business unit leadership; to develops approaches and methods; to build change capabilities across; and to engage employees at all levels in transformational change.
The Vice President will be a key member of the team, supporting specific operating model , process improvement , and process transformation projects and programs across the Firm. Projects will vary in size, duration, and complexity; will have significant and measurable business value outcomes; and will be highly visible with executive-level sponsorship.
The Vice President will report directly to a senior leader within the Internal Consulting organization but also to engagement manager(s) who lead the day-to-day of ongoing projects via a matrix management structure.
Responsibilities:
TRANSFORMATION PROJECT COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Strong ability to identify issues, structure and conduct analyses, organize findings, draw conclusions, identify next steps, and make recommendations with limited guidance
Communicates effectively and impactfully to all levels of an organization, from line workers to Senior Leaders; proficient to expert use of PowerPoint presentation for story-telling relative to the business case for change, the results of analysis, and the plan forward
