Full job description

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining confidential information, and ensuring timely follow-up on key business activities. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.

· Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and required documents.

· Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, MIS, and business correspondence.

· Maintain accurate records, confidential documents, and important business information.

· Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

· Track action items, commitments, and follow-ups arising from meetings and discussions.

· Prepare meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on assigned action points.

· Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and other communications requiring executive attention.

· Assist the CEO with business-related research, data gathering, and preparation of summaries.

· Support travel planning, meeting logistics, and other administrative arrangements as required.

· Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.

· Perform other executive and administrative responsibilities assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Assistant, or in a similar role.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.

· Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and business correspondence.

· Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.

· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
