About the role

MillD is scaling fast, and creative is the engine behind it. We're looking for a Creative & Social Media Manager to own our creative output end to end — the strategy behind it, the team that produces it, and the performance it drives across paid and organic. You'll lead our in-house creative team and be accountable for both how much we ship and how well it works.

This is a builder's role for someone who thinks in performance data and creative instinct at the same time, and who can run a high-output pipeline without letting quality slip.

What you'll own

The full creative pipeline across Meta, Google, and quick-commerce — from brief to testing to scaling winners — as one system, not one-off requests.
A high creative testing cadence (target ~30 concepts/week), with a clear framework for screening, validating, and scaling what works.
Our organic social presence — content calendar, publishing, community, and audience growth — kept consistent with our paid creative and brand voice.
Turning performance signals (hook rate, CTR, conversion, CAC) into creative briefs and iteration, in close partnership with the Performance team.
Routing high-performing creator and influencer content into the paid pipeline.
Leadership of the in-house creative team (video producer, designer, editors, copywriter, series producer) — capacity planning, quality control, standards, and unblocking.
Guardianship of the MillD brand across everything we put out — visual identity, tone, product claims, and ambassador association.

What we're looking for

6–9 years in creative, with real ownership of performance creative for a D2C or consumer brand.
A track record of briefing and shipping creative that moved paid performance — you can point to concepts, formats, or hooks that worked and explain why.
Experience managing a creative team, not just producing your own work — you've owned capacity, quality, and people.
Strong command of both paid creative strategy and organic social.
Comfort with performance data as a daily input to creative decisions.

This is not the right role if you're a pure social media manager, an agency account manager, or a designer/editor looking to step up — this role leads people and owns performance outcomes, not just output.

Nice to have

Experience in food, health, nutrition, or a fast-scaling D2C category.
Familiarity with quick-commerce creative (listing assets, platform ad formats).
Hands-on comfort with modern creative and AI content tooling.

How success is measured

Volume and quality of creative shipped; share of paid spend behind validated winners; paid creative performance (hook rate, CTR, contribution to CAC); organic social growth and engagement. Specific targets are set in a 30/60/90 plan on joining.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
