About Atelieraa

Atelieraa is a modern, high-fidelity branding and strategy consultancy operating at the intersection of cultural nuance and quiet luxury. We craft museum-grade visual identities, premium packaging, and compelling digital experiences for elite brands across botanical skincare, fine jewelry, and wellness.

We are seeking a visually meticulous, strategically minded Social Media Marketing Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our client portfolio's digital presence, content production, paid media, and creator partnerships.

Role Overview

As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will lead digital strategy, content direction, video production, paid advertising, and execution across Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook) and LinkedIn for both Atelieraa and our premium client roster. You will be directly responsible for client satisfaction, ensuring all social, performance, and content needs are met with absolute polish, aesthetic precision, and measurable growth.

You will manage a dedicated team, with the authority to hire and direct 2 Social Media Interns reporting directly to you, to ensure seamless calendar execution, high-level client coordination, and strict brand governance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Content Leadership & Video Production

End-to-End Campaign Direction: Conceptualize, strategize, and execute paid and organic promotional campaigns, content series, and platform-native posts that strictly align with each brand's distinct aesthetic identity.

Hands-on Video Editing: Produce and edit high-end short-form video content (Reels, TikTok/Shorts formats, ad creatives) using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro, maintaining a clean, editorial luxury aesthetic.

Meta & Google Ads Operations: Set up, target, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Instagram & Facebook). Experience managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) is a strong plus.

Cross-Platform Curation: Maintain museum-grade grid aesthetics, elevated visual assets, and articulate, text-driven thought leadership for B2B profiles on LinkedIn.

2. Influencer Marketing & Campaign Negotiation

Deal Negotiation & Management: Identify, outreach, and close deals with high-tier influencers and creators tailored to the elite Indian market.

Campaign Execution & Satisfaction: Manage influencer deliverables from brief to execution, ensuring alignment with client guidelines while keeping both clients and partner creators satisfied with campaign outcomes and ROI.

3. Client Satisfaction, Reporting & Team Governance

Monthly Social Metrics & Performance: Track, analyze, and present comprehensive monthly analytics reports for each client account, using data-driven insights to refine strategy and demonstrate growth.

Client Retention & Account Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for client social needs, delivering proactive updates and maintaining exceptional standards of client satisfaction.

Intern Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage 2 Social Media Interns, delegating tasks effectively to ensure monthly content calendars are executed accurately and on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven Experience: Mandatory prior experience in Social Media Management for multi-brand portfolios or agency settings.

Video Editing Mastery: Strong proficiency in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or FCP) with a clean, luxury editorial eye.

Influencer Campaign Track Record: Demonstrated experience negotiating creator contracts, managing campaigns, and driving mutual satisfaction between brands and influencers.

Paid Media Skills: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (retargeting, audience building, ad creative optimization). Google Ads knowledge is a plus.

Analytics & Strategy: Demonstrated ability to translate monthly engagement metrics, reach, and conversion data into clear client reports and actionable strategies.

Leadership & Aesthetic Eye: Strong managerial capabilities paired with an organic understanding of quiet luxury, clean typography, minimalist grids, and architectural precision.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
