The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.

At the GDC, you will:

Why this role matters

As a Digital Marketing Specialist - Content Marketing, you will support ERM’s global marketing efforts by creating and delivering high-quality content assets that drive lead generation, brand engagement, and client retention. Working closely with regional marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate campaign strategies into compelling multi-channel content that supports business growth. This role is critical in ensuring marketing campaigns are executed effectively, consistently, and at scale while maximizing audience engagement and marketing performance.

What your impact is?

Create and deliver high-impact content assets that support integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Increase lead generation and audience engagement through compelling, audience-focused content and campaign assets.
Repurpose thought leadership, webinars, and campaign content into multiple formats to maximize content value and reach.
Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives, brand standards, accessibility requirements, and compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with marketers, designers, videographers, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights.

What will you bring?

5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
Proven experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing content and campaign assets.
Strong copywriting, editing, and content adaptation skills across web, email, social media, and digital platforms.
Experience managing content production workflows, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and asset delivery.
Ability to interpret marketing performance data and make data-driven recommendations.
Experience working with global and cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, CRM, and content management systems.

Preferred qualifications, skills & competencies

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience in a B2B consulting, professional services, or sustainability-focused organization.
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and marketing technologies.
Experience managing multilingual content and coordinating content localization.
Knowledge of digital accessibility standards, GDPR, and marketing compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

Partner with marketing teams to plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Create, adapt, and coordinate content assets including social media posts, landing pages, email content, banners, videos, surveys, and promotional materials.
Develop campaign messaging and copy tailored to audience segments and stages of the buyer journey.
Storyboard, script, and coordinate production of video content for use across multiple channels.
Repurpose webinars and thought-leadership content into engaging short-form assets, infographics, video snippets, and social content.
Manage content development workflows, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and asset delivery timelines.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements.
Maintain asset libraries, content templates, and campaign documentation for efficient reuse and scalability.
Monitor content and campaign performance, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by sharing digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
